My March 2010 Goals

School


• Get my homework in by Wednesday

• Make a study schedule and stick to it.


Writing

• Update my blog at least once a week

• Write 8 pages for my book. This is 2 pages a week.(I’m writing a Young Adult novel)


Eating

• Try making at least one intimidating recipe (I like to keep it simple)

• Stay under 1800 calories (Currently at 1900)

• Quit drinking Diet Pepsi

• No fast food (I gave it up for lent)

• Go to bed my 11:30 every night


Exercise

• Try one scary class at the gym (I am so uncoordinated)

• Focus on core when doing strength training (I hate anything that makes me use or attempt to use my weak stomach muscles.

Personal

• Try really hard to only think positive thoughts of myself (Wearing a rubber band that I snap when I catch myself thinking self deprecating thoughts)

• Wash my face every night before bed no matter how tired I am


Weight loss

• Lose 6 lbs my March 28th (The last Sunday in March)

o My Reward: Get a pedicure (If my toes look cute, I feel even cuter)
