Weigh in #8 & Weekend Eats
So last week I lost 0.2 lbs. and it was a little bit deflating, but I had no choice but to keep moving forward. So I did exactly that and this week was a mirror image of last week. I tracked my calories and stayed within my range which is 1,800. I also did cardio 3 times this week, walked half a mile at lunch 4 out of 5 days and I did yoga once. I also managed to meal prep for the week even though this weekend I was feeling like poop. Elliana was sick again and I was feeling like I was coming down with it too. I was both exhausted and drained and didn’t want to do move from the couch, much less meal prep. But I knew that if I didn’t do it, this week could turn very bad, very fast. Which is what happened last month when I got a sinus infection and then went off the rails for a week and a half and gained over 2 lbs. Not this time, oh no, I had learned my lesson the first time. I popped some Tylenol and was able to muster the energy to make our meals for the week. So I did really well but
